For buyers

What could you own?

The decisive number is not your bank account but your structurable acquisition range. Financeria calculates it and then searches the private network.

The first assessment is free and non-binding. It is no proof of funds, no financing commitment and no entitlement to matching opportunities.

What goes into your acquisition range

01

Own funds

Equity has to be genuinely available for the purchase after transaction costs, reserves and private obligations. Your total account balance is not automatically your investment budget.

02

Investor capital

Firmly committed and merely possible investor capital are not the same thing. The calculator keeps your entries separate; capital that is only in prospect does not raise the base range.

03

Financing

Bank debt or a seller loan depend on the target business, its free cash flow and the specific agreements. Model assumptions do not replace that review.

Your search profile is more than a budget

Industry and business model

Where do you understand the customers, the work and the risks? A recognisable search thesis helps more than interest in every opportunity.

Your own role

Do you want to lead operationally, act strategically, or work with existing management? That changes what the team and the handover require.

Region and time

Where can you genuinely be present? How much time do financing, due diligence and a transition period need?

Debt capacity

What free cash flow remains after taxes, capital expenditure and working capital to service interest and repayment? EBITDA alone is not sufficient for that.

How the entry works

  1. 01

    Frame your range

Six short steps lead to the indicative assessment. The result is visible before you activate a profile.

  2. 02

    Activate your profile

If you want to go further, you complete your details. Activation is not a purchase mandate and not verified proof of financing.

  3. 03

    Check the fit

A possible introduction depends on matching businesses and their owners' release. Financeria is not a public listing database, and no number of opportunities or deadline is promised.

  4. 04

    Review independently

Company data, financing and contracts must be reviewed with the appropriate professionals before any purchase decision.

What an acquisition range cannot tell you

A calculated ceiling says neither that a lender will finance that amount, nor that a business is attractive at that price. Debt, capital expenditure needs, customer risk and your own ability to take over can all change the realistic structure.

How much business someone can acquire rarely depends on available equity alone. What matters is how a transaction can be structured — and whether the target business could support that structure.

What is free — and what is agreed separately?

The first online assessment is free and non-binding. It creates no purchase mandate and no exclusivity.

If paid follow-on services, a mandate or success-based fees come into consideration later, scope and terms are agreed separately in writing beforehand. Legal, tax and other external professional advice is not automatically included.

Common questions

Do I need the full purchase price as equity?
Not necessarily. Further financing components are possible, but they must fit the business and the agreed structure.
Does possible investor capital already count?
Not towards the base range while you mark it as merely possible. A separate scenario shows what would change if the amount you named were genuinely available.
Can I start without acquisition experience?
Yes. Missing experience should be stated openly in your search profile. Industry knowledge, leadership ability and a workable management plan remain important review points.
Are all buyer profiles verified?
No. A manual profile review, where it has taken place, is shown as its own status. Statements about capital and experience remain self-declared unless separate evidence exists.
Does Financeria provide loans?
No. Financing scenarios are orientation, not offers from a lender.
